Incident Narrative
An employee was using a side boom along a pipeline when the wooden mat broke apart and the lift began to rock. The employee exited the side boom and landed on some rocks, injuring his left elbow, ribs, abdominal area, lungs, and the right side of his face. He was hospitalized.
