An employee and his maintenance team were preparing an apartment for a new tenant, which required removing a toilet. As the employee and a coworker lifted the ceramic toilet onto a dumpster, it hit the edge of the dumpster and broke, lacerating his right forearm. He was hospitalized for surgery.
