Incident Narrative

An employee was operating a commercial grass mower on an incline when the mower began to roll over. To prevent a rollover, he placed his hand onto the mower deck. During the machine's movement, his hand entered the rotating mower blades under the deck, severely lacerating and injuring his right hand. He was hospitalized.
