Incident Narrative

On May 30, 2016, at approximately 6:50 p.m., an employee was walking on the workroom floor in the automation area when her shoelace became caught on a float tire. She fell to the floor, hitting her right elbow and the joint between her right hip and thigh. She required hospitalization and surgery for a broken hip.
