Two employees were taking a gutter up a ladder to install it on the roof when they hit the 7200-kilovolt (KV) line with the gutter. The employee closest to the 7200 KV line fell approximately 18 to 35 feet to the ground, while the second fell approximately 16 to 30 feet into a dumpster
