Incident Narrative

An employee was loading his pickup truck. While waiting for an inspector, he decided to clean some trash out of the bed of his truck. A gust of wind then came along and blew the employee off the tailgate of the truck. He lost his balance and fell to the ground, fracturing his left leg and requiring hospitalization.
