Incident Narrative

On March 5, 2016, at approximately 1600, an employee was placing rope between stacked pipe to protect the finish on the product when the line ejected another pipe. The ejected pipe came over the stop and struck the employee, pinning him between the pipes and causing crushing injuries to his legs. He was hospitalized.
