Incident Narrative
An employee was driving a tractor that was connected to a feed wagon. He went over a bump that caused the drawbar mechanism to break. In turn, the cables connected to the hydraulics became dislodged, and the lever hit him on the top of the nose/center forehead. He suffered a small laceration that required stitches.
