Incident Narrative

An employee hurt his back while placing a roll of plastic onto an uncoiler. The roll of plastic weighs approximately 40 pounds. While placing the roll onto the uncoiler, the roll slipped and fell. The employee attempted to catch the falling roll of plastic resulting in a lower back injury.
