Incident Narrative

An employee suffered a fracture to their left arm when it was struck by a falling draft gear weighing approximately 250-300 lbs. The employee was using wooden blocks to stabilized the piece in preparation for welding operations when the piece fell off the wooden blocks and struck the employee.
