Incident Narrative

An employee pulled into the yard to pick up some rebar. He thought he placed the pickup truck in park and exited the vehicle, however the truck was in reverse. The door knocked him over and the left front tire ran over his right ankle. He was admitted to the hospital for a broken tibia and fibula.
