An employee engaged in constructing a cashier booth suffered an amputation injury when the raised booth fell on his fingers. One employee raised the booth with a pry bar. The injured employee had his hands under the booth while attempting to install a sill plate. The pry bar broke and the booth fell on the injured employee's fingers.
