On 10/12/2015 at approximately 2:30pm, an employee was working on a table saw with an attachment called the magic molder. The piece of wood kicked back and his left hand got caught by the table saw blade cutting his ring and middle fingers (no amputation). The employee was hospitalized for surgery.
