Incident Narrative
Two employees were loading a trailer with packages. The trailer was coupled with the yard dog. They were told to get out of the trailer so that the driver could move it. The injured employee took a package off the extendo, stepped backwards, and fell off the dock fracturing her femur. She had her back to the dock.
