Incident Narrative

An employee was loading cattle from a pen into a truck for transport. Two cows tackled the gate. The gate deformed and its spring-lock mechanism released. The gate struck and knocked down the employee. She struck her head on the concrete ground and was hospitalized for a small brain bleed.
