Incident Narrative

Two employees had just completed transferring a patient to a bed using a Hoyer Lift. The employees were then going to wash the patient. One of the employees stepped away from the bed and tripped on the Hoyer Lift. The employee fell and struck her head on the wall. The employee was hospitalized.
