Incident Narrative
A crane operator in the stacking bay was attempting to lift a trailer using a 7.5 ton crane. The employee had his hand on the chain to keep the trailer hooked up in the correct location. When the slack on the chain came up, the employee pinched his left fingers between the chain and the trailer breaking the left index and middle fingers.
