Incident Narrative

An employee was fishing coax wiring through a drop ceiling from a 4-foot, A-frame step ladder. The employee fell from the ladder and struck his head, causing a laceration to the back of his head, bleeding on the brain, and a concussion. He required staples to close the laceration.
