Incident Narrative

Employee was hospitalized after falling from a 27-inch stepladder he was using to work on a piece of equipment. The employee fell and struck a piece of metal on another machine, causing him to break one rib and puncture his lung. The employee was admitted to Springhill Medical Center on Friday January 23, 2015.
