Incident Narrative

An employee was moving a stack of small beams from one area to another to clear space using an overhead crane. He set the material down and went to pull the chain from between the beams when the hook caught one of the beams. The stack toppled over and trapped his left leg. He was hospitalized with a fractured left leg.
