Incident Narrative
An employee was pulling a mobile cart backwards from a packing station. The cart was located between a guard rail and the wall, which had a dry erase board mounted on it with an aluminum marker storage tray located along the bottom edge. While passing the tray, the back of the employee's hand came across the edge of the tray, pulling his glove down and lacerating the back of his left hand.
