Incident Narrative

On June 25, 2015, an employee was repairing a skeet machine in the back shop area, removing a leaky gear box from the side of the machine. When he removed the gear box, the main spring engaged, and the throwing arm released and struck the employee in the face. He received multiple fractures to both sides of the lower jaw, requiring surgery and hospitalization.
