An employee was moving a steel pipe with a bobcat. The employee shook the bobcat bucket to dislodge the pipe and began to drive away. The pipe was not dislodged and it began swinging and struck another employee in the lower left leg, breaking the leg and resulting in an in-patient hospitalization.
