An employee was sitting in a chair near the baggage conveyor belt. At the same time, a tug that was towing three baggage carts was making a turn around the baggage belt. During this turn, the last cart struck a concrete bollard and overturned. The overturned cart struck the employee, who suffered a broken ankle.
