Incident Narrative

On 05/06/2015, at approximately 4:30 PM, an employee was loading a railcar with finished product using an overhead crane. He was adjusting the lifting attachment for the crane when the load shifted, causing the employee's left thumb to get caught and crushed. He was hospitalized.
