Incident Narrative
An employee was organizing an area full of part buggies and pushing them to their proper locations. As the employee was pushing a cart, the front side struck another buggy. When this happened, it caused wood stiles inside the buggy to shift, crushing her right middle finger between the stiles and the handle of the buggy and resulting in a fingertip amputation.
