Incident Narrative
An employee working in a corrugated box manufacturing facility was operating a tube saw that became jammed with material. He lifted the guarding system to unclog the machine. He re-loaded the machine with tubes while the guards were in the lifted position. As he began to feed the newly inserted tubes, his gloved right hand was lacerated. He was taken to the hospital.
