Incident Narrative
An employee was unhooking the air hoses and components of a tractor trailer so he could separate the trailer from the tractor semi-truck. As he stepped down from unhooking the components, he missed the second step and fell to the ground, breaking his left hip. The employee was hospitalized and underwent hip surgery.
