Incident Narrative
An employee was working inside a trailer with an approximately 7-foot-long tube. The tube is used to straighten the walls of the trailers and has a detachable base. The tube slid down the trailer wall, and the employee's left pinky finger got caught between the tube and the detachable base. He sustained an amputation injury from his first knuckle and was hospitalized.
