Incident Narrative

The injured employee's coworker was moving a rear suspension with a Sky-Trac forklift in the salvage yard located off of Interstate 55, Exit 71, near Blytheville. A piece of the suspension broke off and hit the injured employee in the face, fracturing his jaw, eye socket, and forehead. He was hospitalized for facial reconstruction.
