Incident Narrative

On 3/5/15 around noon, an employee fell approximately 8' from a ladder when the ductwork he was releasing swung down, hit the ladder, and rocked it. The employee sustained two left arm fractures (wrist and elbow) and a possible pelvis fracture. The employee was transported to ECMC where he was treated and released.
