Incident Narrative

The employee was cleaning the windshield of a semi-truck with the hood of the truck open. He finished cleaning the windshield and went to step down when his wedding ring caught on the hood. The weight of the employee's body and the ring being caught on the hood caused the hood to cut the employee's finger. The finger was later amputated at the hospital.
