Incident Narrative

Employee was loading a commercial chain link fence approximately 45' X 6', 400 to 500 pounds, onto a flatbed of a Dodge 350 truck. The employee fell from the edge of the flatbed to the ground on his lower back and hit his head. The employee hurt his back and fractured his skull but remained conscious.
