At approximately 4:30 PM on January 14, 2015, an employee was lighting a gas grill to prepare lunch for employees during a work gathering. The grill flashed, resulting in minor burns to the employee's arm and face. The employee went to an urgent care facility, and then a hospital, where he was admitted at approximately 9:30 PM, and kept overnight.
