Incident Narrative

A worker fell approximately 9 feet from a scaffold platform to the ground below sustaining a compound fracture to the jaw and a punctured liver. The scaffold plank bridged over the apartment breezeway and was supported by two walls that were approximately 6 feet apart. The platform was used in setting the rafter trusses.
