Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2021 F-150 vehicles equipped with the Onboard Scales feature that were repaired incorrectly under recall 24V443. An over-the-air software update to the body control module (BCM) may have disabled both reverse lights.

FORD EXPLORER (2016) — STRUCTURE:BODY

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2016-2017 Explorer vehicles. The driver and front passenger B-Pillar door trim may detach while driving.

FORD EXPEDITION (2020) — ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:BODY CONTROL MODULE:SOFTWARE

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2020 Expedition and Navigator vehicles that were repaired incorrectly under recall 20V262. The Pre-Collision Assist features, such as forward collision warning and automatic emergency braking, are not functional due to a software error.

UTILIMASTER VELOCITY (2022) — EQUIPMENT:OTHER:LABELS

Shyft Group (Shyft) is recalling certain 2022-2024 Utilimaster Velocity vehicles. The vehicles may be missing the tire and information placard. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 110, "Tire Selection and Rims."

Consequence: Without the tire size, pressure, and loading information, the vehicle may be overloaded, increasing the risk of a crash.

ZOOX AUTOMATED DRIVING SYSTEM — ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:ADAS:AUTONOMOUS/SELF DRIVING:SOFTWARE

Zoox, Inc. (Zoox) is recalling certain Automated Driving Systems (ADS) equipped with software versions released prior to May 21, 2025. The ADS may allow the vehicle to move after failing to detect a person right next to the vehicle.

Consequence: A vehicle that moves when a person is right next to the vehicle increases the risk of injury or crash.

Remedy: Zoox has updated the ADS software, free of charge. All affected driverless fleet vehicles were repaired by May 21, 2025. Zoox's number for this recall is 25-03.

VOLKSWAGEN ATLAS (2024) — BACK OVER PREVENTION: SENSING SYSTEM: CAMERA

Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. (Volkswagen) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Atlas Cross Sport and Atlas vehicles. A software error may cause the rearview camera image to become distorted when the vehicle is in reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility."

MACK MD (2026) — SEAT BELTS

Mack Trucks, Inc. (Mack) is recalling certain 2026 Mack MD vehicles. The center bench seat belt assembly may be routed incorrectly.

Consequence: An incorrectly routed seat belt assembly may not restrain an occupant as intended, increasing the risk of injury in a crash.

HOLLEY FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR — FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE

Holley Performance Products (Holley) is recalling certain Fuel Pressure Regulators. Please see the recall report for a complete list of part numbers. The fuel pressure regulator diaphragm may become damaged, causing a fuel leak.

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2022-2025 Ram ProMaster vehicles. A software error in the security gateway module may cause the rearview camera image not to display. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rear Visibility."

ORANGE EV E-TRIEVER (2017) — EXTERIOR LIGHTING:BACK UP LIGHTS

Orange EV is recalling certain 2024 HUSK-e, 2023-2025 e-TRIEVER, and 2017-2024 T-Series trucks. The pintle hook partially blocks the center of the backup lights. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

MICHELIN AGILIS CROSSCLIMATE C-METRIC — TIRES:TREAD/BELT

Michelin North America, Inc. (Michelin) is recalling certain Agilis Cross Climate C-Metric tires, size 185/60R15C. Chunks of tread rubber may detach from the shoulder blocks. As such, these tires fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 139, "New Pneumatic Radial Tires for Light Vehicles."

VOLKSWAGEN ID. BUZZ (2025) — SEATS:MID/REAR ASSEMBLY

Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. (Volkswagen) is recalling certain 2025 ID. BUZZ vehicles. The third-row rear bench is wide enough for three passengers, but is designed for two passengers and equipped with two seat belts. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."

Consequence: In the event that more than two passengers sit in the rear bench seat, there would not be enough seat belts, increasing the risk of injury during a crash.

International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2025-2026 IC Bus CESB school buses. The parking brake can be released when the wheelchair platform lift is deployed. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 403, "Platform Lift Systems."

Waymo LLC (Waymo) is recalling certain 5th Generation Automated Driving Systems (ADS) with software versions released prior to the November 7, 2024 software release. The software may cause the vehicles to collide with certain roadway barriers, such as chains and gates.

MERCEDES-BENZ AMG C43 4MATIC (2023) — ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:WIRING:FUSES AND CIRCUIT BREAKERS

Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2023-2024 C-Class, E-Class, S-Class, SL, GLC, EQE SUV, EQE, EQS SUV, and EQS vehicles that were incorrectly repaired under recall 24V-115. An incorrect fuse box that was not designed for the vehicle may have been installed.

Aluminum Trailer Company (ATC) is recalling certain 2025 ATC PLA550 Bumper Pull vehicles. The power wire from the battery to the stabilizer jacks may be wired incorrectly without over current circuit protection.
