Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Luminate and Indigo recreational vehicles. The LP tank support tube may be too short and have an insufficient weld that may fracture, allowing the tank to detach.
Consequence: A detached tank can create a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.

The headrest foam is not adequately secured away from the child, which can allow the child to pick off pieces of foam.
Consequence: Pieces of foam can present a choking hazard to a child, increasing the risk of injury.

The original fuel tank may have been replaced with an incorrect fuel tank, which can allow fuel to leak in a rollover crash.

ZF North America, Inc. (ZF) submitted a defect information report based upon the recall determinations made by BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) and Chrysler (FCA US, LLC). An insufficient weld in the transmission control unit can allow transmission fluid to leak on to electrical components, resulting in a loss of drive power or park function.
Consequence: A loss of drive power or park function can increase the risk of a crash.
