WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Home Interiors & Gifts, Inc. of Carrollton, Texas is voluntarily recalling 14,338 Snow Play Candleholders. Each candleholder has three snowmen linked by a small rope, "sledding" down a hill around the votive candleholder. Consumers should clearly mark the outside of the box with their name, return address, and total number of candleholders being returned, to receive a $20 gift certificate from Home Interiors for the full purchase price and shipping expense.
