Incidents & Injuries

North Central Industries has received six reports of a candle's rear plug dislodging while the firework was lit, resulting in burn injuries to the person holding the device. No reports of property damage have been received.

Remedy Instructions

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled fireworks and contact North Central Industries for a full refund.
