WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Primal Vantage Company Inc., of Randolph, N.J. and Ameristep Inc., of Clio, Mich. are voluntarily recalling about 6,700 Ameristep Patriot and Outfitter Hang-on Tree Stands. The j-hook attachment of the tree strap can fail, which can cause the tree stand to collapse.
