WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, De Bon Sales is voluntarily recalling cigaretter lighters. The novelty lighters are not equipped with child-resistant mechanisms. The second lighter is silver-colored, in the shape of a bird head holding a snake.
