WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Meijer Distribution Inc., of Grand Rapids, Mich., is voluntarily recalling about 58,000 Kids Falls Creek PU Jackets with Polar Fleece in Hood.
