WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Bloomingdale's By Mail, of New York, N.Y., is voluntarily recalling 300 tree shaped candleholders. The tree is about 24 inches tall and 15 inches wide and contains six metal hooks and glass cups for placing votive candles. The candleholders have a style number of 3562745.Sold at: Bloomingdale's By Mail sold the candleholders exclusively between September 2003 and December 2003 for about $40.Manufactured in: PhilippinesRemedy: Consumers should stop using the candleholders immediately and return them to the firm for a full refund.
