WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Target, of Minneapolis, Minn., is voluntarily recalling about 861,000 sets of Mini Light and Chasing Lights. The 50-count light sets have UL number E254698 or E182192, or no UL number.
