WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Provo Craft & Novelty Inc., of Spanish Fork, Utah is recalling about 29,000 Art Accentz™ Changlz™ Metal Charms.
