WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Big Lots Stores Inc., of Columbus, Ohio, is voluntarily recalling about 233,000 sets of Harvest Brand Tea Light Candles. The recalled candles can burn with a high flame and melt the plastic holders.
