WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), MTC - Man's Trading Company, of Brisbane, Calif., is voluntarily recalling about 144,500 sets of "Girl Favors" Children's Toy Jewelry.
