WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Brookdale International Systems Inc., of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, is voluntarily recalling about 290,000 EVAC-U8™ and EVAC+™ Emergency Escape Smoke Hoods.
