WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Regal Lager Inc., of Kennesaw, Ga., is voluntarily recalling about 425 Phil & Teds e3 Twin Buggy Strollers. The plastic hinge on the handlebar can crack or break causing the handlebar to detach while in use. The strollers were sold in a variety of colors including red, orange, black, charcoal grey and navy.
