In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Meijer, of Grand Rapids, Mich., is voluntarily recalling about 6,500 Clear Glass Candleholders. The glue connecting the candleholder could fail causing the candleholder to fall apart. Consumers should stop using the recalled candleholders immediately and return them to any Meijer store for a full refund.
